Junglebook Adventures guides in the Kenya savanna

Our story

Born in Kenya. Built for Explorers.

Junglebook Adventures began with a single Land Cruiser, two guides, and an unshakeable belief that Kenya deserves to be experienced — not just visited.

How It All Started

Three friends — obsessed with wildlife, photography, and the thrill of discovering new corners of Kenya — spent years travelling across the country, capturing sunsets in Samburu, chasing river crossings in the Mara, and becoming the unofficial “go‑to people” whenever anyone needed travel advice. After countless road trips, shared lenses, and helping friends plan their dream safaris, they realised their passion had already become a calling. So they turned it into something bigger: JungleBook Adventures, a travel company born from friendship, curiosity, and a deep love for Kenya’s wild beauty. They started small — two guides, one vehicle, and a reputation built entirely on word of mouth. Within three years, Junglebook Adventures had grown into one of Kenya's most respected boutique operators, known for small groups, deep local knowledge, and an obsessive attention to the details that turn a good safari into a life-defining one.

Today we operate across Kenya's greatest wild places — from the Maasai Mara to Samburu, from Amboseli's elephant plains to the ancient coral towns of the coast. Every guide on our team was born in Kenya. Every itinerary is built from scratch. And every guest leaves with stories they'll spend the rest of their lives telling.

What We Stand For

Small Groups, Big Experiences

We cap every safari at 8 guests. Not because we have to — because it's the only way to do it properly. Smaller groups mean better sightings, more flexibility, and a guide who actually knows your name.

Guides Who Grew Up Here

Every Junglebook guide was born and raised in Kenya. They don't read about the Mara in books — they grew up next to it. That knowledge is the difference between a good safari and an extraordinary one.

Conservation First

We partner exclusively with lodges and conservancies that put wildlife and community first. A portion of every booking goes directly to the Junglebook Conservation Fund, supporting anti-poaching and community education.

No Cookie-Cutter Itineraries

We've never sent two groups on exactly the same trip. Every itinerary is built around you — your pace, your interests, your idea of the perfect day in the bush.

Ready to See Kenya Through Our Eyes?

Every Junglebook safari starts with a conversation. Tell us when you want to come and what you're dreaming of — we'll take it from there.
